Please upload a clear photo where your pet’s face and main features are easy to see. Front-facing photos usually work best, but natural everyday photos can also work if the image is sharp and well lit.

How long does delivery take?

Digital portraits are usually delivered by email within 12–24 hours after we receive your photo and order details. Printed and framed orders take longer because they are made to order and delivered within the UK.

Can I request changes?

Yes. You can review your artwork before the final version is completed and request reasonable changes if something needs adjusting.

Can I return a personalised portrait?
