2. Order Process
Once an order is placed, production begins shortly after. Each artwork is individually created and processed using advanced digital tools and computing resources.
3. No Cancellation & No Refund Policy
Due to the customised nature of our products and the resources required to create them, all sales are final.
Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once processing has begun.
4. Delivery
All artworks are delivered digitally via email. Most orders are completed within 24 hours, although delivery times may vary depending on demand.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and valid email address.
5. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
• You have the legal right to use any images or content you upload
• The content does not infringe any third-party rights
• The information you provide is accurate
6. Intellectual Property
We retain the rights to our designs, artwork styles, and creative processes.
Customers retain ownership of their submitted content.
By placing an order, you grant us permission to use your submitted content solely for the purpose of creating your artwork.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
• Delays caused by incorrect email addresses
• Issues resulting from customer-provided content
• Minor differences between expectations and final artistic results

Upload a clear photo where your pet’s face and main features are easy to see. Natural daylight works best, especially by a window. Try to avoid blurry, dark or heavily cropped photos.
Your portrait is created from the photo you upload, not from a generic pet template. A clear photo, your chosen style and any story details you share help us create a portrait that feels more like your pet.
Yes. You can choose from styles such as Royal Classic, Soft Watercolour, Minimal Line Art, Colour Pop, Memorial Keepsake and Cosy Storybook.
You can choose the format that suits you best. Digital portraits are delivered by email, while printed and framed options are made to order and delivered as physical keepsakes.
Digital portraits are usually delivered by email within 12–24 hours after we receive your photo and order details. Printed and framed orders are made to order and usually delivered across the UK within 3–7 working days after production.
Yes. You can review your artwork before final delivery and request reasonable changes if something needs adjusting.
Yes. Digital portraits are easy to send by email, while printed and framed portraits make thoughtful gifts for birthdays, Christmas, pet memorials, new homes and special occasions.
Because each portrait is personalised and made just for you, custom digital artwork and made-to-order printed or framed items are not usually returnable unless there is a fault with the order. If something is wrong, please contact us and we’ll help.
